All participants are recommended to use the Online Registration. The online registration also provides secure and stable online payment. You can also download the PDF Registration Form; or for those who have no access to the Internet, please contact us to get the Form, after having filled out the complete information, mail or fax the signed form to the following address.

Participants Registration:
As promised, the convention fee of 388 Euro will not change till 2009. But because of our First come, first serve policy, those who register early will get better seats.
Moreover, because of the capacity of the main theatre, registrants with a higher registration number than 2300 can only watch the opening and closing ceremonies and the final contests on video screens in the lobby.
So you are advised to register as early as you can

Dealers Registration:
Unlike the convention fee for regular conventioneers, the price of the dealers registration depends on the year of application:
Registration fee for a dealers booth is as follows
                                          2m X 2.5 m booth                     2m x 5 m booth
                                                + 1 registration                       + 1 registration
Registration in 2008:            598 Euro                                    1098 Euro
Registration in 2009:            698 Euro                                     1298 Euro

The dealers registrations are full convention registrations that will have access to all convention events. Additional registrations can be ordered at the regular convention fee of 388 Euro. Please clearly list the names of the accompanying people while registration. Note: If any behavior of piracy being found out, the Organizing Committee has the right to cancel the registration of the booth.

Contestants Registration:
Contestants registration will begin as of August, 2008.

Payment and Refund Policy
* Registration is only accepted when the total amount due is received and confirmed.
* All bank transfer costs (3%) will be charged to the registrant.
* In case of a cancellation of a registration, refunds will be as follows:
Up to December 31 st , 2008: refund of 350 Euro;
Up to March 31 st , 2009: refund of 200 Euro;
As of April 1 st , 2009: no refund possible.
Notes: Notification of cancellation and name changing should be made in writing.

Confirmation:
A successful registration will be confirmed automatically.
After having received the correct registration fee, a registration number will be issued and confirmed. Please bring this confirmation to the registration desk when collecting your convention papers.
Well send you the invitation with the signature of Executive President of FISM 2009 together with visa form by April 1, 2009. Please apply for visa at the Chinese Embassy/Consulate/Visa Office in your country with this form.

Accommodation:
As the correct hotel prices for July 2009 will only be available as of the fourth quarter of 2008, booking of accommodation will have to be postponed to that period.
The relevant information will be published on the website as soon as the fixed hotel prices are known.
